Women
in
Media
is
a
multi-cultural
media
organization
whose
purpose
is
to
produce
and
distribute
television,
video,
and
radio
programs
that
educate
people
to
take
more
responsibility
to
better
their
lives
and
communities.
Our porgrams are designed to encourage people to stay healthy and to work towards environmental responsibility, educational improvement, economic justice, gender equity, youth empowerment, and multi-cultural understanding.
Women
in
Media
will
also
help
train
women
from
diverse
cultural
communities
to
elarn
to
use
modern
communications
technology
to
produce
and
distribute
programs
that
help
define
social
problems
and
programs
that
seek
solutions
for
those
social
problems.
